Our God, King of the kings and Lord of lords, ruler of all nations, we humbly come to You with this prayer for our country. Your word promises that when your people pray, humble themselves and seek You, You will hear and answer. You even promise to heal the land.
Creator of the universe, our land needs restoration from the evils that have infiltrated its borders; the hate, unrighteousness, and idolatry of its people. 
 
We are and always will be a land founded on Your word and guided by Your hand. But there are those who seek to destroy our foundation in You- those who come as thieves in the night and steal the people's voice.
 
As King David once did, we now ask You, "LORD God of hosts, You are God of Israel. Rouse yourself to punish all the nations; spare none of those who treacherously plot evil. Our God, save us, and with your fearsome deeds, answer our prayers for justice! and give hope to people everywhere on Earth." Amen.
